Abstract

The disclosure relates to a method of identification of antiviral molecules that help in efficient viral control and thereby aid in disease management. In particular, the disclosure relates to identification of anti-Tat molecules and hence is directed towards antiviral drug development. The disclosure also relates to Tat-inducible GFP- anti RFP shRNA vector, vector combinations, recombinant cell having instant vectors, methods and kits thereof.
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'identification de molécules antivirales aidant à contrôler les virus de manière efficace et aidant ainsi à gérer les maladies. En particulier, l'invention concerne l'identification de molécules anti-Tat et est ainsi dirigée vers le développement de médicaments anti-viraux. L'invention concerne également le vecteur d'ARNsh GFP anti-RFP inductible par la Tat, des combinaisons de vecteurs, des cellules recombinantes comprenant les présents vecteurs, des procédés et des kits comprenant ceux-ci.
